Bottle from Malt & Vine. Pours ruddy dark brown. Slight creamy tan head. Aroma of roasty dark malt/treacle with grassy hop. Near med body. Flavor is light roasty dark malt/treacle with noble hop. For a light, tasty, hoppy beer it would be a good choice. Probably not a good choice with white fish. Would be a great session beer. Leaves a mouthsmacking result in the finish.

Bottle. It’s a clear, brown beer topped by a small head. The aroma had a touch of butterscotch, with roasted malts and prunes. Medium body, soft carbonation, and flavors of sweetness, roasted malts and dark, dried fruits. A quite nice beer, easy drinkable, but a tad too sweet. 130201
