Bottle from Scrattings. Clear gold, brief fizz, visible slow moving carbonation. Fleshy apple aroma, very floral/aromatic blossom, sweet. Taste is sweet, floral, tangy apple, moderate bitterness, semi-dry crisp finish. An aromatic sessionable cider.

500ml bottle from Scrattings. Golden colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of fleshy apple, some skin and core. Taste is sweetish, tangy, fleshy apple, with caramel, bittersweet, alittle tartness and tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-sweet tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
