Imperial IPA with Idaho 7, Citra and Motueka
A big beast of an Imperial IPA, brewed with hops renowned for their tropical fruit salad punch, complimented with a hint of acidity from a complex sour mash. Super juicy with layers of guava and white grape.

28/1/2022. Can sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours dark golden orange with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of orange, citrus, ripe tropical fruits, pine. Medium sweetness, moderate developing bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Big boozy finish with a tart edge. Full on fruity fun.

440ml can from Steam Machine. Yellowy orange gold colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of fruits, citrus, earthy hop, boozy. Taste is pale malt, caramel, spicy citrus, grapefruit, marmalade, pine, white grape, with peppery hop, and tangy bitterness. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, dry bitter boozy finish. Nicely drinkable.
