On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with small white head. The aroma is earth, wood, funk, juniper. Slick body, funky, juniper, herb, earth, light dry finish, very good.

12/07/18, juniper and lemon heaven, reminds me a bit of Thai rack at first but then the juniper comes out so nicely, hint of gin sweetness, sweet almost reminiscent of side project yeast profile.

Pours unclear blonde, medium white head. smell is tad tart, mild spiced ( very subtile amounts of Juniper ). Taste is sharp, tart. Lemon indeed. Juniper is more hidden. Nice !
