Copious amounts of strawberries are added to a delicious Belgian Amber Ale to make Strawbery Beret. The resulting beer is light amber in color with its caramel malts, phenolic spice and aforementioned strawberries creating a subtle fruit beer with plenty of complex flavor and aromas. At Barrel of Monks we never want the fruit to out shine a great beer and seek a balance that we hope you can taste in every glass.
