This double mashed, three hour boiled, 10.5% ABV liquid Doberge Cake inspired stout was brewed in collaboration with our good friends @theanswerva right here in Broussard, Louisiana. We channeled their hedonistic energy of irresponsible adjunct usage and infused raw Ghana cacao in the whirlpool, fermenter, and brite tank (totaling 30lbs/bbl of nibs). For even further enhancement, we added both Madagascar and Tahitian vanilla to emulate the delicate and airy nature of fresh cake.

Refrigerated 75 cL brown bottle poured into a cup. Black with beige head. Aroma is dark malt, medium/thick body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is marshmallow and chocolate.

Taste from a bottle at James'. Pours black, with a medium, tan head. The aroma is cinnamon, toffee, vanilla, harsh coffee, and cake batter. Very sweet, sugary, and decadent. Very heavy body, with a syrupy, creamy, and hard palate. This is a lovely, decadent, and aggressive stout.

Bottle thanks to William. Pours black with small tan head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is brownie, cocoa, roast. Slick body, vanilla, brownie batter, nice sweetness, very nice.
