Light, fruity, vinous. Sour and tart, green grapes, florals. Very nice.

Bottle at Cantillon. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with small white head that diminishes quickly. The aroma is funky, white grape, oak, floral. Slick body, funky, tart grape, light oak, light acidity, enjoyed this.

EB Quintessence Trip April 16-19. Playfully fruity if possible a hint simple at this age.

Bottle (bottle 2020) shared at Moeder’s Into the Wine Tasting. Clear yellow pour with a white head. Green apple bouquet. More sour than the other Lambic’s we have tried. Green apple, citrus, and barnyard funk. Not a ton of carbonation. Good body and mouthfeel.

A lot of wine notes. Grainy skins. 2020 vintage.
