A blend of barrel aged beers fermented on Syrah grape pomace. Primary fermentation is performed spontaneously thanks to the indigenous yeast strains from the grape skin. Grape pomace from the Domaine de Mortiès (Pic Saint Loup - South of France) recovered after a classic maceration.
