Nous avons brassé cette bière en collaboration avec Brook House Hops et la houblonnière Clayton Hops en Nouvelle-Zélande pour mettre en avant leur récolte 2021 de Nelson Sauvin. Une double IPA qui prend le contrepied des IPA troubles mais en proposant une jolie explosion de fruits exotiques et une touche vineuse typique du Nelson Sauvin !

Canned 330ml. -Courtesy of Hrabren, shared with him & Marko. Hazy yellow/orange coloured, medium sized off-white head, oaty and light grassy nose. Sweet malty, oaty, light oranges and touch of alcohol with sweet finish.

Can, thx H for bringing it from France and sharing with us! Murky pale yellow, greyish body, off-white head. Resinous aroma, some orange notes, sharp, spruce. Smooth spruce, pine taste, bit oaty, ends with light alcohol, dry and bitter, some white grape, medium bitterness. Actually not bad.

0.33 l can from A la bière comme à la bière, Paris, shared with Ogi and Marko. Hazy orange, small off-white head. Aroma is orange, spice and alcohol. Hints of vanilla and malts. Smooth, light, citrus flavour, orange pulp, vanilla. Creamy. Sweet finish.
