From a 500 ml bottle at the December 2018 RB gathering. Pours a clear mahogany with a tan head. Aroma is heavy maple syrup. Flavors are sweet maple pancakes.

Draft pour at Hardywood Park West Creek Brewery & Taproom. Poured a near pitch black color with little more than a wispy, small tan head to it. Aroma was maple, with some light holiday spices, roasted malts, light chocolate, with some mild sweet malt characters. Ginger is really well masked, but there's just a little bit there. Maple is sweet, but the beer isn't overly sweet which was really nice.
