Halmgul vätska med ordentlig skumkrona. Gräsig och höig i aromen med en antydan av tvål. Maltig sötma som lutar lätt mot honungshållet och med en lite kemisk beska där tvålflingorna återkommer.

Can 33 cl. Pours golden with a slight haze and a small, white head. A sharp and not so pleasant almost chemical aroma. Medium body, sweet malty, low carbonation and soft on the palate. Hardly any bitterness. 200522

Can at home. Slightly cloudy pale yellow. Floral, perfumy with citrus and grass. A bit skunky towards the finish. Very light and drinkable.

Easy to drink and very fruity. Worked well with the Montagnolo Affiné, Schwarzwald ham and onion marmalade pairing I thought would overwhelm it. Quite nice! Perhaps 3,7 rather than four since it’s a hint “simple” but I’m rounding up this time.
