Can. Pours a thick and dark, dark brown with a thin tan head. Aromas of charcoal, chocolate, graham crackers (!), coconut and vanilla. Flavor is all of that with a couple of highlights: first, the coconut flavor is heavy, odd, and interesting. Second, the vanilla is a nice copy of a marshmallow edge. It is a little subtle but a nice nod to s’mores.

Can thanks to Mom! Pours black with a dark brown head that dissipates quickly and completely. Aroma has a good amount of chocolate and marshmallow with some sweet dark grains and a bit of graham cracker coming through. Flavor has graham cracker and chocolate with slightly earthy dark grains and marshmallow in the finish.

Pours black with a small tan head. Dark chocolate, dark roast malt, marshmallows. This is a well balanced imperial stout that doesn’t let the added ingredients or big malt bill turn it into a sugar bomb. Full bodied. Excellent beer.
