More restrained than the tropical Bay Bitter the crisp, citrus hops go really well with food. Try this with a mildly spicy indian meal or, ideally, a long summer barbecue.

29/7/2022. Cask at The Harwich Redoubt Beer Festival 2022. Pours clear pale golden with a bubbly/frothy white head. Aroma of citrus, straw. Moderate sweetness, medium bitterness, light tart edge. Moderate body, slightly oily, soft carbonation. Enjoyed this.
