Tap sample at Taphouse, Copenhagen (04/09/2021) - brown reddish pour with a off white head. Sour with notes of orchard fruit, dark berries, farmyard, medium acidity and body, tart tangy sour lingering finish.

Draft. A dark brown beer with a dark brown head. The aroma has notes of funk, wood, bourbon, and lemons. The flavor is acidic with notes of lemons, caramel, bourbon, wood, and funk, leading to a tart finish.
