Sample (thanks fonefan!). Slightly hazy yellow colour with a mediumsized foamy white head. Aroma is fruity, some spruce, citrus and mild herbs to it. Flavour is floral, citrusy, mild acidity with some yeast and earth. A bit messy flavour.

Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. Some nice spicey notes. Light bitter flavor. Some fruity esters and spice. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate. Nice.

yeasty lemongrassy aroma. faint sulphur, faint wheaty yeasty notes, no banana (as expected), faint orange peel and faint sweet spicy note i can't place (probably nelliker). Perhaps those two are the cristmas additions. flavor is pretty well rounded with the critsmas additions noticable but not too much. nice yesty bitter balance, some of the refreshments usually found in a wit is there, but diminished by the christmas stuff. easy drinking well tasting beer, wit fans could be disappointed, more general wheat beer lovers could be pleasantly surprised. people expecting a cristmas beer could be confused....

Bottled. A hazy yellow beer with a white head. The aroma has notes of coriander, lemons, and wheat. The flavor is extremely sweet with notes of orange peal, coriander, and wheat, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle, 4.8%. Refreshing lemon and clove aroma. Cloudy light golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is like the aroma, but with more clove than lemon. Good Belgian yeast finish, fresh baking yeast and a little bubble gum.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Lightlty hazy pale yellow. Perfumy nose with wheat bun dough and coriander. Mid sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Orange peels, perfume, white bread and orange brandy. Low bitterness.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque golden with a neat, white head. Thick coriander nose. Sweet, fruity body, yeasty but all neatly balanced. Subdued bitterness. Superbly crafted. 181221

ABV: 4.8%. Hazy light to medium yellow colour with a average, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, orange, moderate yeasty, yeast, minerals, bubble gum, coriander. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wheat, minerals, coriander, orange, spicy, witbier yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20211211]
