Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - copper to amber with a generous fluffy off-white head. Nose - brown bread, just an edge of citrus. Taste - brown bread, toffee and almost raisins. Palate - light to medium bodied, sweet middle, light malty finish. Overall - a little sweeter than expected for the style. Heading through and beyond Marzen style I reckon. Good though.

Can at home in hackney - picked up from Cork & Cask. Pours clear golden-copper with a modest, foamy off-white head. Light-medium sweet flavour with nice toasted grains, a little bread, light leafy bitterness, subtle honey accents. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, restrained sweetness, more lightly toasted grains, subtle biscuits, nips of grass. Very tasty.
