Tap at German beer tasting. Hazy orange color with huge white head. Aroma of malt, yeast, coriander, bready notes. Taste is malt, whest, coriander, brady notes, yeast, fruity notes. Nice. Rating #15000.

Die Edelgose der Gosenschenke Ohne Bedenken, vom Faß im Biergarten der Gosenschenke in Leipzig-Gohlis. - Orangegold, gut trüb. - Nase leicht weizenmalzig, zart säuerlich, ein Hauch von Koriander. - Antrunk weich und frisch weizenmalzig mit feiner, milder Säure (Milchsäure), leiser Orangenschale, Anklängen an Koriander und feiner Hopfung, mild hopfenwürzig und zart erdig. Ein Hauch von Lambic ist auch dabei, allerdings sehr dezent. Milder rezent, spritzig, weich. - Feine, runde und sehr süffige Gose, leicht zu trinken aber keineswegs langweilig. (24.5.2023.)

Aroma had lemon, yeast, coriander and light bread. Over the palate came yeast, coriander, pale malt and citrus. Light sour.

Hazy yellow. Aroma is coriander and lacto a little farty kombucha notes as well and a lot of refreshing lime. Taste is sour fresh lime with yeasty base. A lot of fizzy carbonation. Somewhat sweet malt with lots of sour fizzyness. Very refreshing. Salt is almost not perceivable. I like.

Hazy, pale color, foamy white head. Tart and decent yeasty nose. Nice sour taste, yeasty, bready and faint salty. Nice.

Received with thanks from Erzengal in a trade. Very tight brilliant white head stayed on a highly carbonated, hazy golden body. Minimal aroma of saline, coriander & seaweed. Medium bodied, gassy, clean & dry. Salty tasting with, coriander, grass, grain, lemon & flora. One of the best Gose I've had. Prost!

0,5 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot mate! Unclear nearly juicy pale golden in the glass with a steady and very foamy nearly two finger off white head. Pale grain and salty smell. Taste: Pale grain, orange and citrus fruity sweetness, salt, hints of coriander and again pale grain. Above average carbonation. Nice one.
