Bottled 330ml (Gonzo, BB 06/2018)
Slightly hazy pale amber colour, small white head. Riped fruits, pear, some spices in the nose. Light to medium-bodied, thinnish for the ABV. Pear, berries, riped fruits in the flavour. Flavour is not so spicey than in the most powerful trippels. Now sweetish, a bit Leffeish flavour. But tolerable as trippel.

Cloudy yellow golden color with a fine white head. Fine aroma profile. Pleasant intensity. Medium + body and an ok carbonation level. Easy to drink. Ok sweetness and acidity level. Belgian yeast, citric and fruity flavor.

Brilliant white frothy head stayed well on a hazy, dark golden coloured body. Hoppy, bitter citrus aroma. Medium bodied. Finely carbonated & clean on the palate. Slightly lacking in body on the back. Bitter, almost sour citrus tastes with lemon, orange & quite hoppy but I'm not picking out any Belgian Yeasts

Bottle from Beer Gonzo, shop, Earlsdon, Coventry, consumed at home Sunday 15th October 2017 whilst making Chicken and Chorizo Lasagne and Medjool Date Ice Cream. Pours hazy light gold, some heat straight away (a little bit boozy) spice and bitterness working quite well, quite tangy. The aroma is a little bit pond weed. It's ok. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4
