Our take on a berliner weisse w/ lemon & lime, fermented with Speciation's Genetic Drift cultures plus wild microbes. This is intended to be a clean, crushable beer.

Pours unclezr blonde, small wh head. Smell is sharp, lemon and lime indeed. Rather dry. Taste is sharp, tad one dimensional on the lemon and lime tartness, over a lemon-like tart basebeer. High Carbo. As style prescribes. Thin body, which is natural. OK. Decent beer, but not a great memorable one.
