Bottle, 6%. Edition 03. Good chalky and dusty aroma. Spicy hops and Belgian yeast in the nose. Almost clear, shiny pale golden colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is a lot like the aroma, but a little watery. Still good, and a nice example of what a singel kan be.

33cl bottle from Färm.Sainte-Catherine bio shop in Brussels. F: medium, white, good retention. C: gold, hazy. A: malty, light citrus, floral, honey, spicy. T: medium malty base, citrus, floral, bit caramel, honey, spicy, dry on the palate, medium carbonation, good balanced for the style, enjoyed.
