Beer style "Session Festbier".
Session = less alcohol than a normal festival beer, also for the #womensession2021, which takes place this week Festbier = to celebrate all this, and the recipe was influenced by this beer style.
The malt pour is similar to a festival beer but with less alcohol than typical. That's why we call the style Session Festbier. Session beers are beers with lower alcohol content and the term also fits in appropriately with the release at the Women's
Session at the Federal House. It is a drinkable 5.0% Alk. beer for 50 years of Swiss women's suffrage. It is also double cold-hopped with YakimaChief Cryo hops Simcoe, Ekuanot and Loral for a particularly fresh hop aroma.

Pours a clouded darker blonde, medium sized white head, fairly low stability. scent shows a very fruity base, overripe tropical's and even floral notes. a decent raw, green hoppy back as well. fairly complex, yet unexpected start. Taste is full - relatively. Very grainy (white bread), mild bitterness. Still noticable on all the above aroma's, Medium thin body, medium carbo. Well balanced beer. Not very recognizable as a festbier to me, and to specify it as 'session' at 5 ABV is a stretch for sure... Still, enjoyable !
