Flavor is quite well balanced with nutty malts, and lots of bitter hops US style, but not as juicy as they can be. so more grapefruit peel, less grapefruit and less pine.The beer is for sure bitter hoppy. in fact no sign of the bitterness cut-off you often have in NEIPA's pretty good double ipa. a low 8 of 10 flavor for me. dangerously easy drinking for a 7%
