ビアスタイルはベルジャンダークストロングエール。グラスを傾けると、熟成を経てレーズンや干したイチジクを思わせる香りが強く、さながらシュトーレンを思わせる風味が印象的です。口に含めば、重層的なボディを感じつつもフィニッシュはドライ、8.0％というアルコール度数の高さを感じさせない仕上がりとなっています。 750mlボトルバージョンは6か月熟成を経てボトリングし、その後、瓶内二次発酵させています。一方、樽生バージョンはステンレスタンクで通算1年熟成（Stainless Steel Aging）させています。 長期熟成を経て、より一層、豊かになった香りと味わいをお楽しみいただけます。

The aroma is fruity and complex, with banana-like fruit notes, raisin, and dried figs in the background. The body has a multi-layered and a dry finish, and its high alcohol content of 8.0%. The beer is recommended to serve at a slightly higher temperature than normal beer, around 12 Celsius degree. As the liquid temperature rises, the flavors of orange peel and star anise begin to emerge, just like the sky at twilight, with its many colors.
