Pours black, tanned head with average stability. Smell is roasty, dark bread, dark dried fruits. Taste is sharp, roasty, chocolaty, coffee, bit ashy. Médium thick bodied, low average Carbo. End is ashy, pure intense chocolate. Not really sweet, though it has some sweetness. Very roasty. Nice, but not great. To me, this is the starting point of a good RIS

(Bottle)(with msbernac) clear, bright, very dark brown colour with a small brown head; aroma of jam; intense, balanced flavour with a long, light bitter finish
