Low Roller is a Mosaic and Simcoe IPA, inspired by the oceans that surround our brewery. On days after a storm, we often watch the low waves rolling in from miles away, before they burst against the cliffs and release their energy.

Can, gift from secret Santa. Clear golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of peach and orange. Flavour of mango and pineapple. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft fizz. Well balanced and juicy. I would love to try a stronger version of this beer (‘High Roller’?)

Can from Brig Larder, Kirkwall. If pours lightly hazy golden - yellow with a fluffy white head. The aroma is fresh, bright, orange, tangerine, grapefruit, green mango, orange sherbet, fanta, green, pine needles and sponge cake. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, pithy, zesty, orange sherbet, tangerine, kumquat, touch of greenness, pine needles, sponge cake and a touch of biscuit with a dry, zesty orange finish. Lighter end of medium body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Bright, vibrant and quenching. Really enjoyed this one.
