Can provide procured in a Kirkwall shoppe. It pours clear pale gold with a small fluffy white head. The aroma is mellow, sweetish, doughy white bread, nutty, cereal, oatcakes, bere bannock, hay and sponge cake. The taste is firmly dry, crispy, snappy, nip of bitterness, grassy, spicy, cereal, pithy citrus, slightly soapy floral vibes and oatcakes with a drying finish. Light to medium body and moderate carbonation. Interesting low abv heritage grain number.

Can from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden with a very light haze. Creamy white head. Nose - orange and richly bready. Light zesty edge. Taste - more orange and rich malty bread. Palate - light bodied, malty middle and zesty finish. Overall - really lovely balanced beer. I've enjoyed all bere beers I've tried so far.
