473ml can. Pours a hazy orange-gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that leaves soapy lacing. Sweet aroma of bready wheat malt, funky Belgian yeast, apricot and floral hops. Sweet flavour of bready wheat malt, apricot, nectarine, Belgian yeast, white pepper and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Tasty and refreshing.

On tap at Category 12, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Nose is full of rustic saison yeast, with a nice apricot expression on top. Flavour follows suit, with lots of bright, juicy apricot upfront, tempered by dry saison yeast. Dry, juicy, rustic. A slight improvement on the Sanctioned. Good.
