Our Leipzig-Style Gose (Here Gose Nothin’®) is often seen being French-pressed through blueberries for a combination destined to be together, so we’ve done the hard work for you with this edition of our Gose by adding the blueberries at the brewery, which unites another layer of fruity complexity in this sour ale already known for its tart, citrusy, lime-like qualities, slight spicy note from added coriander and a noticeable mineral mouthfeel from added sea salt harvested from the shores of France. Can. Milk, blueberry, salt, biscuit malt, and straw aroma. Purple amber with minimal head. Sweet-tart blueberry, biscuit malt, mild saltiness, mildly sour milk, and mildly bitter straw flavor. Okay body. Okay - a bit heavy.

Tap. Pours clear plum, small off white head, some lacing. Aroma is sea air, blueberries, sour mash. Flavor is medium tart, blueberries, medium salty. Light body. Interesting but not really hitting on all cylinders

On tap at Flying Saucer Anniversary. Pours a clear orange gold with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is wheat, salt, berry. Thin, very tart berry, salt, wheat, very good.

On tap at Real, Wild & Woody Beer Festival, pours a hazy copper with little head. Aroma brings out tart blueberry skins, with light acidity. Flavour is acidic and tart, with lots of tart, acidic blueberry skins. Lacking complexity and very harsh on both the acid and tartness. Not too good.
