Light, clean, and crisp. All you’ll find here is malt, hops, yeast, and water. Just like the Germans do it.

On tap at Ale Architect, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma has light herbaceous character upfront, some crackery malt, and straw. Flavour is clean, with gentle herbaceous notes, cereal grains, and crisp crackery malt. Clean and herbaceous finish. Solid.

On tap at Ale Architect. Pours hazy pale gold with a white head. Lots of wheaty malts on the nose. Flavour has wheaty malts, some dry grass. A bit too much fermenting wheat near the end. It's okay.

Can from Canada Craft Club January 2024 shipment. Crystal clear pale gold with a small short lived white head leaving minimal lace. Nose is light grains and grass and a hint of pepper. Light+ malt sweetness with a light grassy bitterness and a touch of lemon and spice in the crisp finish. Mouth is slightly thin with soft carbonation and a crisp. 6-/2+/5/3/11+

473ml can. Pours a crystal clear pale gold with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that leaves spotty lacing. Mild aroma of grainy malt and herbal hops. Sweet flavour of grainy malt, lemon and spicy hops in a crisp, dry, mild bitter finish. Light body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Clean, refreshing and easy to put back.
