We brewed up something Sinister. A not so session ale, this 6% pale ale bursts citrus, tropical fruit and stone fruit flavours. Pleasant bitterness with a smooth finish.

On tap. Pours a slightly hazy yellow-orange with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Mild, sweet aroma of pale malt, orange, peach, mango and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of pale malt, orange, grapefruit, apricot, peach, mango and piney hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and soft carbonation. Not so sinister, but tasty and crushable.
