Lost Flip Flop is the perfect patio beer. It is fermented with a traditional French Saison yeast, but that’s where the tradition ends. A healthy dose of Citra and Sorachi Ace hops gives this beer a strong citrus, lemony and tropical aroma. The aroma and flavour makes this a very refreshing beer on warm summer days.

Amber and bright, fruity, a bit of plastic, malt is there but the ferm is stuck a touch and also there's phenols. Slightly husky in the finish.

On tap at Lore, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma is full of esters, candi sugar, a touch of rustic yeast. Flavour is way too estery and sweet for the style, with cotton candy, sugary eaters, and not enough rustic character. Lacking carb and depth, and improperly brewed.

On tap at Trial & Ale. Pours clear gold with a white head. Dull nose. Flavour has flat yeast, some grass, vegetables. Very poor.

473ml can. Pours a slightly hazy gold with a medium, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy curtains of lace. Aroma of grainy wheat, Belgian yeast, lemon, coriander and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy wheat, lemon, orange peel, coriander, funky yeast, black pepper and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter, hoppy finish. Light to medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. Pretty solid.
