A hazed blonde cider with aroma of tart apples, light Brett, light lactic notes, pleasant and smooth. In mouth, a nice tart mix of apples, light Brett, light humic acid, very nice and earthy. On tap at cidery.

473ml can. Pours a hazy pale straw colour with a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates in seconds. Funky aroma with apple skins and floral notes. Sweet flavour of green apple, white grape, light funk and floral in a crisp, dry, tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and lively carbonation. Clean, refreshing and crushable. Well made.

On tap at Uncommon, pours a cloudy dirty water colour, no head. Nose is musty, with gentle, dirty apple skins and a hint of funk. Flavour is dry, crisp and gently funky, with light tartness and a really nice wild character. Dry and funky, with a nice depth. Very good.
