On tap at Akkurat. (vintage 2016) Black with a medium tan head. Bourbon, oak, licorice, coffee and some dried fruit. Tasty.

Bottle at Akkurat. Pours black, médium sized, rather stable, lightly tanned head. Smell is roasty, rich, some chocolate. Bourbon is rather Hidde. Taste is full, sweet, roasty, mild bourbon, extreme elegance and complexity. Thick, but not creamy body, with lower side of carbonation. Toffee, complex dark sugars. Very nice indeed! Reminding of older De Molen.

330ml Bottle - (Nynäshamns 20år Jubileum) - Black in colour. Liquorice and plain chocolate in the aroma. Rich taste with liquorice, bourbon, plain chocolate and coffee standing out. Rich yet fairly easy to drink.

Bottled at Akkurat, Stockholm. Pitch black, rich beige head. Distinct aroma of licorice and bourbon. Mid sweet with full body and soft mouthfeel. Salty licorice atop coffee and mud cake, some vanilla. Warming peppery bourbon finish. Not really all that complex, but exceptionally harmonious despite the richness. Probably the best Swedish Imperial Stout 2016.

Draught at Akkurat. Pours black with a brown head. Aroma of plums and chocolate. Sweet, smooth, milk chocolate, booze, peat, red berries, leather. Balanced.

Draught @ Akkurat. Notes of milk chocolate, coffee, vanilla, cream and smoke. Soft and creamy mouthfeel.
