When Pan met a nymph called Syrinx, he tried to seduce her, but she ran away and morphed into a reed. To find her, Pan picked seven of them, unknowingly creating a musical instrument that bore his name.
This low ABV, easily drinkable beer is straw-colored, light bodied, has aromas of citrus, flavors of corianders and finishes clean with a slight bitterness.

355ml can. Pours a slightly hazy straw colour with a large, frothy, long lasting, white head that leaves soapy lacing. Aroma of grainy pale malt, Belgian yeast, coriander, lemon and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy pale malt, lemon, banana, coriander, Belgian yeast and faint black pepper in a dry, mild bitter, grassy hop finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Clean, refreshing and easy to drink.

Pours an unfiltered light-golden yellow colour with a big white head that stays a while, leaving some thick foamy-creamy lacing. Aromas remind me of a Saison with some citrus notes, pears and mild hops. The mouthfeel has a nice dryness in the finish. Flavours are a nice blend of citrus zest, sourness, with the pear and fresh grassy hops. This one goes down very nicely for a 4.2 ABV. brew. Quite refreshing.
