355ml can. Pours a murky straw colour with yeast particles that sink to the bottom and a thin, fizzy, short lived, white head that fully dissipates. Sweet, spicy aroma of red apple, cinnamon, pineapple and white wine. Sweet, spicy flavour of red apple, pineapple, cinnamon, citrus, earthy yeast and a hint of white wine in a crisp, dry, tart, green apple finish. Medium body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Nice complexity. Pretty solid.
