Dreamworld is a Foedre Aged Hoppy Saison with Spelt.
Brewed with a base of Shoreline Pilsner, wheat malt, and raw wheat, as well as about 45% spelt malt. Hopped in whirlpool with Galaxy and Huell Melon, and fermented in foedre with a blend of house brett cultures. Open fermented and dry hopped during high krausen with more Galaxy and Huell Melon, and conditioned in foedre for about 4 months before another dry hopping and can-conditioning. Conditioned in can for about 7 months to let the flavours really evolve to where we were happy with them.

473ml can. Pours a hazy straw colour with a small, foamy, short lived, white head that laces. Funky aroma of Brett, oak, white wine, lemon, cantaloupe, spice and floral hops. Sweet flavour of lemon, grapefruit, white wine, Brett, pineapple, cantaloupe, spice and oak in a dry, slightly tart, floral hop finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Tasty, refreshing and easy to drink.
