Deep red with a light haze, carrying a rose-tinted white head that dissipates quickly. Riche candied, cherry aroma, followed by a lingering sour punch. Puckering tartness on the tongue gives way to red fruit sweetness before astringency and tartness dry the tongue sharply. Light body with fine, prickling carbonation. Bright, fruity and full of flavor, this cherry sour demands centre stage.

Draft at the brewery. Case of slightly bitter sourness up front, with decent natural cherry. Mild sweetness builds on the finish. Decent.

Flight at brewery. Pours cloudy reddish orange. Aroma and flavour are just a lot of jam. They've made a jam beer, I guess.

Can from random Liquor Express. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are cherries, lactose acid, citrus and malt. Nice sour finish.

Very good pink pillowy foam on a clear medium ruby body. Aroma is kind of a weedy cherry, slightly bitter seaweed, missing sweetness. Taste is subdued cherry, vague malt, finishing smooth. Seems more of a fruited ale than a sour, one dimensional either way.

473ml can. Pours a clear ruby red with a medium, foamy, short lived, pale pink head that leaves spotty lacing. Mild, sweet aroma of cherry and faint yeast. Sweet flavour of cherry cough syrup, light vinegar and earthy yeast in a dry, slightly tart finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Pretty simple. The cherry was too mild and medicinal, but it's refreshing and easy to drink.
