Earthy, spicy noble hops provide pleasant aromas of flowers and citrus fruit, supported by a classic pilsner malt. Assertive bitterness invites the next sip.

Gold, slight haze. . Slight cheesiness, on the nose, also noble hop and a hint of graininess. Husky, lowish bitterness. Grainy, doesn’t come across well-composed.

On tap at SYC, pours a clear pale golden with a small white head. Aroma has old, floral hops, and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour is clean, with straw, biscuity malt, and dry floral hops. Clean and drinkable but nothing extraordinary. Alright.

On tap at the brewery. Pours clear blonde with a white head. Dry grass and some pale malts on the nose. Flavour has dry grass, crisp malts. Nothing special, but decently made.

473ml can. Pours a clear pale gold with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that laces. Mild aroma of biscuit malt, lemon and floral hops. Sweet flavour of grainy malt, lemon, floral and bitter grass in a crisp, dry, spicy hop finish. Light body with a watery texture and average carbonation. Well balanced, clean, refreshing and easy to drink. A good summer beer to crush on the patio.
