We harnessed the power of a Norwegian Kveik yeast to ferment this beauty fast and hot. The result is a sexy, hazy golden yellow brew that is a tornado of hops, juice and party. It smells like a boozy tropical fruit salad! Pineapple, papaya and melon flavours dominate with a nice touch of red berry provided by the Barbe Rouge and Mosaic hops.

Hazy, pale, medium head. Fruity nose, but on the palate alcohol leads. A bit sweet, sticky, fruity, all kveik traits, and the hop expression is subdued.

473ml can. Pours a hazy gold-yellow with a medium, foamy, long lasting, white head that leaves thick patches of lace. Dank, fruity aroma of crackery wheat malt, pineapple, guava, papaya, orange, peach, strawberry, earthy yeast and floral hops. Sweet fruity flavour of wheat malt, peach, pineapple, papaya, melon, guava, orange, a hint of strawberry and floral hops in a dry, mild bitter finish. Medium body with a smooth, oily texture and soft carbonation. Juicy, well balanced and easy to drink. Delicious, a nice treat.
