A light easy drink base beer consisting of Pilsner, Vienna and Wheat malt and Hallertau Hersbrucker hops. Following fermentation the beer was aged on just shy of 60 kg’s of pureed sweet cherries. Beautiful rich red colour and just the right amount of sweet cherry flavor.

On tap. Pours a clear red-amber with a small, foamy, long lasting, off-white head that laces. Mild, sweet aroma of wheat malt and cherry. Sweet flavour of cherry and wheat malt. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Pretty simple, but clean and easy to drink. A good patio beer.
