Fairly hazy golden and straw coloured body with a thinnish, single to perhaps two centimetre tall pure white head that stays afloat nicely. Aroma of very mild malts with some light lactose and earthy, rustic qualities, but a bit of cream and biscuit notes as well and finishing with a touch of caster sugar, without any complexity or depth, as expected. Light-bodied; Strong creamy and very biscuity malts show at first with a dash of bread and yeast qualities, but a dry and rustic finish with some light bitterness and an understated sweetness, but no spices, earth or richness - this is easy-drinking. Aftertaste shows some other biscuity and dry malt notes with a dash of herbal qualities and a floral finish without any real complexity - just the biscuits, yeast, grain and light milky/lactosey sweetness that hits towards the end. Overall, there isn't much here of course, but what is here, is easy-going, very crisp and biscuity with some dry grain notes and a dash of subdued sweetness with a light lactose and creaminess with vanilla, but that's about it - soft, easy-going and fairly straight-forward. I sampled this twelve ounce can, purchased from Super One [grocery store] in Kalispell, Montana on on 26-July-2020 for US$1,67, packaged ('number 3?') on 06-June-2020, and sampled at my house here in Washington on 19-January-2022.

Sample during the ElkMoose Me, But Why Is Your Glass MT? event on 07/10/2020. Clear yellow-gold color with a thin white head that burns away quickly to a sparse outer ring. Spotty lace. Malty aroma with fruit and faint hop notes. Light-bodied with flavors of grainy malt, corn, fruit and mild hops. The finish is sweet and creamy with a malty aftertaste. Decent overall.
