Paws the size of snow shoes, a massive old matriarch
forages across her domain. Eating everything in her
path, she slowly builds her strength for another long
hibernation. Big Rock’s Hibernation Ale collaborates
flavours inspired by our northern reaches. Elder berries
mix with juniper & wild strawberries. Birch and maple
tones are kissed by golden honey, preparing you for
whatever lies ahead.

330ml bottle. Pours a clear medium amber with a small, creamy, long lasting, off-white head that laces. Mild, sweet aroma of caramel malt, strawberry and some other generic berries. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, bread, overripe strawberry, honey and a light twiggy wood note. Light body with a watery texture and soft carbonation. Ok.
