330ml bottle. Pours a hazy red-brown with a medium, creamy, long lasting, beige head that laces nicely. Sweet aroma of caramel malt, bread, citrus and pine with a hint of nuts. Sweet flavour of caramel malt, brown sugar, lemon and grapefruit with a dry, bitter, hoppy finish. Medium body with an oily texture and average carbonation. A nice hoppy IBA. Is it just me or is anyone else thinking of Foghorn Leghorn? Maybe it’s just me.

Really murky, with a thick head. Hop nose is a bit piney...maybe some toasted malt. Nose isn’t particularly expressive. Balance hop, moderate bitterness, malts are more on the toffeeish dark sugar side of things.

Bottle, 12oz x 3
Malty, caramel, light roast, light bread, and balanced bitterness, with some Cascade quality.
Nice.
