The 60D series continues with this limited edition American IPA brewed using a single variety of hops, Mosaic. Specifically, we used lupulin powder obtained by means of a new hops processing technique: hop cones undergo a cryogenic separation process in order to avoid oxidisation of aromatic oils. This is the origin of the commercial name "Cryo Hops", a concentrate of resins and aromatic oils perfect for the most extreme dry-hopping.

Pours rather clear blonde, small white head. Good lacing. Smell is tropical by the hops, but not overmy intense. Taste is full, tropical hoppy ( bit stonefruit, bit tropical and citrussy ) decently bitter. Nice

Pale golden with a couple of fingers of white head. Good enough retention and nice lacing. Reasonably intense aroma has a light crackery base, strong floral and slightly citric hops, and a bit of soapy feel. Taste has light grainy/crackery malts, strong floral hops, notes of mango or similar exotic fruits. Medium sweet and medium to high bitter with a slightly bitter, dry enough finish. Light to medium bodied with medium to high carbonation, easy drinkable and quite lively on the mouth. Overall a not too complex, but clean and nicely drinkable floral ipa.
