ABV: 5.0%. ✅ Hazy matt medium red colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white - pink head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, raspberry, oak - barrel, funk. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, raspberry, tart, dry - chicken butt, oak, barrel, funky, medicine notes. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20210605]

Bottle @ Højbjerg tasting. Small head with short duration. Color is pink. Aroma and taste are rich sour raspberies, fruits, lactose acid, citrus, wood and has a nice long sour finish.

375ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, ruby colour with small, frothy, collapsing, white head. Tangy and fruity aroma, pulpy notes of raspberry, lactic acid, slightly ephemeral hints of funk and earthy herbal, yeasty spiciness. Taste is sour, fruity, lactic, notes of raspberry, some funk,. Watery texture, slightly astringent palate, fine, prickly carbonation. Becomes more and fruity with time - very nice.

Power tasting at Matt's, bottle
Hazy red copper colour, small but persistent head. Smell of rotting fruit, fruit flies, vinegar. Sharp acidity, also quite some fruit luckily, but there is a bit of acetic acid too. I think I like it, but the vinegar takes some points away.
