Bottle sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a mostly clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out medium sweet apple skins, light earthiness and apple core. Flavour is fairly dry, with apple skins, a touch of toffee-like sweetness, and a mineraly finish. Finishes dry. It's fine.

Poured from the tap. Clear blonde with minimal white head. Dry-ish apple upfront with a slightly sweet finish, seems slightly unfinished. Average.

Okay light gold body and no foam. Aroma is nice sugary green apple. Taste is an earthy sweet apple and twig, soft burlap. Ends very dry, very nice. A good start, hitting English cider notes very well.
