The first blend since 2015! This blend is with organic Perfection apricots at about 2 pounds per gallon and is a great example of what our Fruit Stand series is all about. The apricot aroma and flavors are in perfect balance with the Saison base beer. Well-attenuated and crisp, dry apricot aroma on the nose.

Bottle shared thanks to Rick. Hazy light golden. Apricot, lemon juice, oak, wheat, soft vinegar. Very sour, light sweet. Medium bodied. Decent but very sour.

2018 bottle shared at Your Old Droog Cellar Blast. Thanks to whoever brought this one. This was great. Big apricot notes on the nose with more stone fruit and oak. Palate is similar with more apricot, mineral, oak and a vanilla note on the finish. Excellent!
