Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is honey, some floral, nectary and mild earthy tones. Flavour is apple. honey, some really sugary tones with mild tartness. Still really sweet. But a good dessert mead!

--Sample, thanks fonefan!-- Almost clear golden, no head. Aroma of tart apples and clover. Sweet with full body and slightly viscous mouthfeel. Viscous honey is tartned by unripe apples and fuelled by pepery alcohol. Interesting in that flavouring doesn't take over, leaving plenty of character from the honey.

[ As Copenhagen Mead Apple Mead 2019 ].
ABV: 13.6%. Clear light to medium yellow colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate Apple, honey, light cheese. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, honey, apple, sweet honey. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is warming and light alcoholic. [20220108]

Bottle @ Fonefan tasting. Hazy yellow without head. Aroma is sweet, honey, light apple and heavy cheese. Flavor is quite sweet. Sweet finish. Oily and soft. 080122

Bottle @Ulfborg. Honey, apple and cheese? aroma... Floral, herbal honey flavour. Cannot entirely disregard the cheese and sour feet.
