We go full speed wild with this one. Our new series Homan is a collection of barrel-aged wild ales that we additionally dry-hopped to get the best drinking experience. And here we used one of the most interesting new-school hops, mysteriously known as HBC 472. It originates from wild neomexicanus hops, and aside from typical aromas of flowers and tropical fruits has a huge woody vanilla backbone. Our house yeast blend of saccharomyces, pediococci, lactobacilli and brettanomyces, red wine barrels, which held the beer for half a year, this wild beautiful hops and then being naturally carbonated in a bottle created the taste unique in it’s singularity – dry and funky, hoppy, woody, some vanilla and coconut gellato following, and all that covered by a heavy head of fluffy foam. This is a new, exciting path for us, and hope you enjoy walking along with us.

Sample (thanks omhper). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some herbal and mild toffee tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, some earthy and mild toffeeish tones.

Bottle, 330 ml shared with Miro B, Max and Antonija. Hazy yellow, small white head. Fruity, peach, some white grapes. Moderate sourness. Medium bodied.

Bottled 330ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Unclear yellow/orange coloured, small to medium sized white head, sourish yeasty citrusy nose. Citrusy, grassy, light apricot and wood with juicy notes in the finish.

ABV: 6.8%. ✅ Light cloudy light to medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, dough, moderate yeasty, sour fruit - tropical fruit. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, wheat, dough, sour - tart, baking yeast, sour fruit - tropical fruit, light funky. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20220123]

--Bottled, from Glasbanken. -- Lemony nose with some tropical fruit. Tart to citric with medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Lemon juice, grass, leaves and sour apricots. Mid bitter finish. Concentrated and elegant.

Appearance: Cloudy gold, decent white head. Aroma: Wild yeast, lemon, sweetish malt, autumn leaves, distant vinegar. Taste: Pretty dry, light to medium sour, tart. Citric acid, light funk, malt, autumn leaves, some hop. Light plus bitter at ending. Hoppy aftertaste. Perfectly balanced. Mouth feel: Medium minus body, average carbonation. Overall: Very interesting, good.

Bottle 0.375 l. Yellow, misty, white foam. Aroma: pleasantly wild and hoppy, white wine, a little herbs, moderate sourness, a little wood. Moderately sour taste, Brett and lactic sensitive, barrel, white wine, fruity, a little citrus and fruit from hops, good brew.
