PET (from Hirvikioski, Pori). Amber colour, small white head. Aroma is sweet malts, some toffee, sweetish alcohol, some banana. Flavour is bananas, some alcohol, toffee, mild yeast and quite evident sweetness.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Clerar brownish amber, small head. Aroma of honey, bubblegum and rye bread. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Starchy rye bread, banana, honey and bubblegum. Low bitterness. Really nice sahti with well hidden alcohol.

ABV: 9.0%. Clear medium amber colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, rye, caramel, juniper, earthy, wood, phenol - yeast - banana. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration, candy - sweet yeast - banana, fruity yeast - sweet yeast, rye, wheat, caramel, sweet malt, juniper - wood, medium dry, wood - umani - forest floor - mushroom. Body is medium to full, texture is oily - creamy, carbonation is flat. [20211127]

Murky dark brown-orange colour, tiny off-white head. Sweet banana and juniper in the nose. Medium to full-bodied. Sweet and full, banana, malts and juniper. Very solid and even with its heavyness, easily drinkable. One of the better Moose sahtis.

Draught @ Pien Brewpub, Helsinki. Heavy, malty and sweet with some floury yeasty banana notes, caramel and hints of juniper. Quite heavy and sweet.
